What is the RSVP Deadline?

What should I wear to the wedding?

The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal. Average temperature is 50-69 degrees in early November, so try to dress in layers if possible. We will have shawls provided for the ceremony, and the reception tent is heated if the evening cools off. Please let us know if you have any further questions!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue. Valet service will also be provided as needed. We've notified the venue that a few guests may appreciate assistance getting down to the ceremony seating area. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, please let the Inn staff or Mansion staff know, and they'll send a golf cart down for transportation to the ceremony area.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. There are ample rooms at the Mystic Inn, in case you want your little ones cared for nearby.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony starts to ensure you are seated on time.

Can I bring a plus one?

Please check your invitation to see if a plus one is included. When you go to RSVP, you will be prompted to add your guest's name and info then. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Ideally if the weather is nice, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. If the weather is chilly or there is a chance of rain, the ceremony will be held in the tent, and the cocktail hour in the enclosed patio porch. If you have any questions, mansion staff would be more than happy to help direct you in the right direction!

How do I communicate allergies?

There is a question on the form when you RSVP that asks if you have any allergies or food sensitivities- please let us know there and we can communicate that to the vendor!

What meal options are available?

We've opted for the Mansion's buffet service which features a wide variety of meal selections to suit diverse tastes and dietary needs. The buffet includes multiple courses with options ranging from hearty main dishes and fresh salads to vegetarian and gluten-free choices, ensuring all guests find something enjoyable. The vendor will have each selection clearly called out for any allergens and have staff serving the dishes to help with any questions!

Is the wedding venue accessible?

Yes! Haley Mansion is ADA compliant, with ramps, and paved walkways. If you need any help getting around at all, our coordinators Amanda or Joe, or any of the Haley Mansion staff will be more than happy to assist! We have notified them ahead of time that some of our guests would appreciate the extra assistance.

Who is invited to the afterparty?

Everyone! Join us at Rocks 21 at 10pm for some late night snacks and help us keep the party going! Feel free to stop by your room to change into casual clothing for even comfier snacking!

What happens at the end of the reception?

Join us for the afterparty at Rocks 21! A short walk from the Mansion, past the inn, and just across the parking lot :)
