Welcome to our wedding weekend. We are so excited to celebrate our love with all of our favorite people. Below you will find a detailed timeline of events and helpful reminders to ensure our day flows perfectly. We can't wait to see you soon!
The Wedding Schedule
We can't wait to celebrate every moment with you. Here is what to expect throughout our special day.
3:30 pm
Ceremony Begins
Join us on the Haley Mansion Lawn as we exchange our vows overlooking the river. Please head to your seat no earlier than 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. If inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in the tent.
4:00 pm
Cocktail Hour
Enjoy drinks and appetizers on the upper patio while we take coordinates for our first photos as a married couple.
5:00 pm
Dinner & Reception
Grand entrance followed by dinner and dancing in the party tent. Let the celebrations begin!
9:30 pm
Grand Exit
The reception in the tent will end at 9:30, but join us for the afterparty!
10:00 pm
After Party at Rocks 21
Join us just beyond the Mystic Inn at Rocks 21, only a short walk from the reception tent. We’ll keep the celebration going with late-night bites like pizza, fries, wings and more.
Important Notes
- As this is an outdoor ceremony, we recommend bringing a light wrap or jacket.
- The mansion and grounds have paved pathways and grass, so please choose comfortable footwear.
- Please let us know if you'd like assistance getting from the parking lot to the ceremony area, the staff are more than happy to help!

- Parking: Complementary parking is available at the Haley Mansion entrance for all guests.
- Reminders: We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.
- RSVP: Please ensure you RSVP by September 12th, 2026, to help us finalize our arrangements.
